It's time to vote for the Epicurean Club of Boston officers and board members for the next two year term from 2020 to 2022. The ballot for officers and members of the board nominations are officially opened and you may present your nomination in two ways. You may contact Jim DiMarzio or come to the correction September 28th meeting at Mount Wachusetts Blues-Brues & BBQ at 5:00pm or at our October 28th meeting at Assabet Valley High School.All incumbent officers and board members seeking an additional term will make their intentions known and receive a place on the ballot without nomination. Additional nominations at the September and October meetings must be made by an ECB active or retired member and must be nominated from the floor. The current slate of officers and board members for the next
term are as follows:

The ballot will remain open until the November meeting in which case a nomination will only be accepted in the following manner:
A). The nominee must be an active or retired member in good standing.
B). The nominee must have 10 signatures of ECB active or retired in good standing members and must accompany the nomination. They are subject to approval by the Nomination and Election Committee.
C). Nominees are expected to be present at the November meeting to accept the nomination. After the last call for nominees at the November meeting, the slate will be officially closed and presented to the body and the Nomination and Elections Chair.
D). The chairperson and Nomination and Election Committee shall present a slate of nominations for publication to the newsletter and every member will receive a ballot for their vote. There will be a single ballot vote if the current ballot is not contested.
