Presidents Message October 2006 Hi Everyone, I need to start out by thanking and congratulating Despina Makredes CEC,AAC and her committee, Americo Difronzo CEC,AAC, Anthony Graffeo CEC,AAC, Jeff Barr, Sean (Rory) Gallagher, Jim DiMarzio CEC, Ed Micu,CEC,CCE, Al McPhee, and Carolyn Parentar for all their hard work on September 17th at our fundraiser. Results are not in yet, but we will share them with you as soon as possible! Also, Despina is writing to all our friends that helped, to name a few Paul Mark Co., Costa Fruit & Produce Co. and many more. A great time was had by all! Sean (Rory) Gallagher has been working hard to set up meetings for our year, please note them. The next regular meeting is coming quickly… however, ACF Rhode Island has been working on this joint meeting and a free cookout, WOW! Next, the President’s Ball. Purveyor of the year Soiree will be held at the Eastern Yacht Club on October 29, 2006. My crew of mostly Epicurean Club Members, Christopher Janian, Sean (Rory) Gallagher, Anthony M. Graffeo and myself are looking forward to surprising you all with some very special “dishes” we have been working on…Please attend for a semi-formal evening of awards, food, fun, friends and more!
