Presidents Message May 2006

Hi Everyone,

I have included excerpts from the many thank you letters the “ACF Epicurean Club of Boston” have received because of
“you the Members” and your generosity. Some of these thanks are for the monies donated to all the New England
Chapters and others are pouring in.

Because of the Scholarships we are giving on May 22. My
heartfelt thanks to you, please join us at the Café Escadrille!

My special thanks go to my longtime friend Jimmy Young for hosting an outstanding meal of, Beef Barley Soup en Croute, Lobster & Wild Mushroom Strudel, Couscous Salad,
Porcini Dusted Chilean Sea Bass and Panna Cotta for dessert,
last month at the Hotel Radisson.

Also, Chef Young wants to thank his Executive Chef Dennis Callahan and the Properties wine purveyor Rich Buchanan from Classic Wine for his generous and tasty and informative wine tasting which perfectly complimented our wonderful meal.

Kudos to all!
