Presidents Message June 2006
Hi Everyone,
It was certainly a pleasure to be a Member of the Epicurean Club
of Boston, not to mention president, at our meeting May 22nd
at the Café Escadrille.
Chef Brian Therer, and his crew absolutely blew us away with
his champagne shrimp, oysters, clams, cheese board, breads and
so many passables who could count them? We then sat down to a
classic Escoffier style dinner. Next, roll call was quite impressive
with over 130 attendees and V.I.P.s. Then Rico DiFronzo,
Chairman of the Board, orchestrated the introduction of all the
scholarship recipients, they are listed below:

with C-Cap and showed us all a special video produced by Everett
High School.
After this I had the pleasure of swearing in the about 20 C-Cap
Students as Jr. Members, as well as two New Regular Members to
Epicurean Club of Boston. One of the largest swear ins in recent
memory.
