January 28, 2008 I would like to take this opportunity to thank ALL of the MEMBERS----PURVEYORS----GUESTS for your awesome participation in our 8th ANNUAL New Product Food Showcase. All of your efforts enabled us to amass almost 5000.00 which as you know will go to our scholarships for young culinarians. A special tip of the toque to Jeffrey D. Barr and Anthony M. Graffeo, CEC, AAC for co-chairing this event. It takes months of planning to get every-thing just right and I thank them both for the tremendous effort and a job WELL DONE. Since the event was so successful Jeff has already booked Mosley’s on the Charles in Dedham for next January 2009, the event will again be held on Martin Luther King Day. Our next meeting should be very informative the folks at Venture are planning a great event for us on February 18th which is President’s Day. Please note the upcoming meetings on page two we have a lot planned for 2008; and the upcoming Hot Food Competition to be held on March Second at Boston University is selling out fast.
