Aramark has just successfully gone through a retention process at New York University. NYU is one of the most prestigious universities in the world. A new contract has been signed and a very aggressive exciting new culinary program is in the process of being put in place.

That being said I am currently actively seeking 2-3 significant culinary positions on campus.
The lead position, Resident District Chef is the lead culinary position on campus. It will report directly to the senior DM on campus with a dotted line of responsibility to me. The salary is expected to be between 100-110K. There is no bonus at this time but does come with the full Aramark benefit package.
This individual must command respect and present as the finest in culinary professional at all times. Must be able to inspire and hold accountable a team of chefs and culinarians. Strong hotel and club experience is a plus as well as certification. I can't emphasize enough the need for this candidate to be a proven leader in the profession. Upon establishing themselves in this position I would view them as a candidate for a regional or national position within Aramark.

I also have 2 chef positions for locations within NYU. These positions require chefs with a varied background, great passion for cooking, communication, coaching and supervisory skills. Salary will be in the 80-85 range.
