  Chef James Palmariello, sous chef at Tufts University Catering Division,who has spent the last 10 years in competitions in eight states and has won over 30 medals. Tonight he will be presenting ,demonstrating and leading a discussion on why we compet. And we will be earning educational points. Jim was assisted by Chef Kevin Carey, CEC and Executive Chef of the Hartwell House Restaurant of Lexington.
