Dr. Henry Wainer was a fantastic host as we were his first guests to
their brand-new hospitality conference suite; Dr Wainer also
gave us a very informative lecture concerning- HACCP: Hazarad
Awarness Critrical Control Points- a program which will
and does safeguard the integretiy and healthfulness of America's
food supply through strict regulation of a food product's internal
temperature from the growing fields to the final consumption
by the final consumer.
We had a partial tour of their immence warehouse
and store plus a fantastic buffet meal within their fantastically
equipped "Demontation Kitchen". From what we hear this
is going to be an annual event.
All members that attended were awarded with
4 Units towards Certification and 15 Units Towards Recertification
