View Forms In Original Formats: or without additional Adobe Reader     Epicurean Club of Boston Eduational Grants Application  EPICUREAN CLUB OF BOSTON EDUCATIONAL GRANTS The Epicurean Club of Boston Educational Grant is an award, funded by our associate members. These grants are given to deserving members, to help assist with expenses they have incurred while continuing their education. Application Guidelines Eligibility 1.The applicant must be a member in good standing with dues paid in full as an active or junior member. 2.At least 50% attendance at monthly meetings, (100% attendance will be given extra consideration during selection). Any involvement by a junior member in ECB activities in the current year. 3.Minimum one-year membership. 4.Willingness to donate 8 hours of time at an associate member’s place of business. 5.Attendance is required at the Presidents Ball November 2008 to receive a grant award. 6.The Applicant may only receive one “Member Grant” in a five-year period. Application 1.Applications will be accepted until October 10, 2008. 2.The following documents need to be enclosed: A.A personal letter stating the reasons how you would most benefit from this continuing educational grant (100 words or less, attach letter to your application and please do not sign your name to the letter). B.A current resume, and any recent accomplishments or ECB involvement. C.Name of school or course or educational material you would use grant for. D.All grants will be paid to school or companies providing educational materials. The Grant Committee will review all applications. Applicant will be judged on all information provided. Please follow the instructions completely as any missing items will cause your application to be removed from consideration.
