Welcome to the ACF
Epicurean Club of Boston and Vicinity's home page. We are
the "OLDEST CHEFS ORGANIZATION IN AMERICA"
chartered on November 2, 1894; the club is a proud member
of the American Culinary Federation .The purpose of this club
is for the maintenance of an association for acquaintance and
social companionship; to educate its membership to a higher degree
of proficiency in the art of cooking; to promote the culinary
profession and professionalism in all culinarians; and to aid
in the education and advancement of young culinarians through
means of scholarships.
